I have enough evidence to nail you, Kcee tells Harrysong

Tread carefully, I have enough evidence to nail you, Kcee tells Harrysong
A day after ex-Five Star Music singer Harrysong called out his ex-label mate Kcee accusing him of seeking relevance after he (Kcee) filed a lawsuit against him, the “Limpopo” crooner has fired back warning the Bayelsa State born musician to tread carefully as he has enough evidence to nail him.

Reacting to the now festering feud, Kcee said “When Harrysong was with us, we paid for his video shoots. He never travelled with his money and I am saying that with all confidence. I challenge him to contradict what I am saying.
“When I met Harrysong, he had no visa on his passport. We gave him his visas. He travelled business class even when he had yet to release any song under Five Star.
“He started travelling business class just to build self-esteem and confidence. He shot all his videos internationally and I can show you all the invoices. Most of his videos were shot abroad,” Kcee said.
Responding to comments that his career was dead, Kcee said he found it laughable for anyone to say that his career is dead without Harrysong, warning his former label mate to tread carefully as he had enough evidence to nail him.
Kcee’s lawsuit filed at the High Court in Lagos is demanding for the enforcement of his ‘Fundamental rights’, a move Harrysong describes as witch-hunt.
Harrysong’s manager, Desmond Ike, says Kcee wants to stay relevant by using the lawsuit he filed against Harrysong just because his (Kcee’s) career is dead.
According to Desmond, Kcee is yet to come to terms with the fact that Harrysong has dumped him in the thrash, while also telling him (Kcee) to go and make a hit instead of running around looking for relevance where there is none.

Newcastle midfielder Jonjo Shelvey accepts five-game ban but denies using racist language

Jonjo Shelvey has denied using racially abusive language – but has accepted a five game ban.

The Newcastle midfielder will not appeal against a ban and £100,000 fine handed down by an FA Regulatory Commission this week.Shelvey was accused of abusing Wolves Moroccan midfielder Romain Saiss in September which included reference to his race or nationality.
In his first comments on the charge Shelvey said: "I am very disappointed and frustrated with the outcome of the hearing. I strongly maintain that I did not use the offensive language that has been alleged.

“Despite my strong disappointment, we think an appeal is very unlikely to change the panel’s decision on the case, so I have decided not to take that option.

“Appealing the ban would also extend the period of uncertainty for the club and the team during such an important part of the season.“This would not be fair on my club, manager or team-mates and I want to draw a line under this now so that I can return to help my team with our promotion challenge as soon as possible.”
He will now miss the Christmas programme and won't play until the third week of January.
Newcastle insist on Thursday they won't tolerate “any form of discrimination or abuse and condemns the use of racist, sexist or homophobic remarks in the strongest possible terms”.Boss Rafa Benitez said: “Jonjo has maintained his position from the outset and as such has received our full support. Despite this issue going on in the background he has continued to train and play really well.
"Now he has made the decision not to appeal the verdict we can focus on the upcoming games without uncertainty and distraction.”

Plane carrying Brazillian players ran out of fuel before crashing

The plane that crashed in Colombia’s Medellin killing 71 people on board including members of the Brazillian football team, Chapecoense, ran out of fuel moments before it crashed on Tuesday November 29th. This is according to a leaked audio recording of the pilot’s final communications with the control tower.

The pilot was heard repeatedly requesting permission to land, saying that the plane had suffered “total electrical failure, without fuel.”

A co-pilot of an Avianca plane flying nearby at the time also said he overheard the LaMia 933 plane reporting it was out of fuel, calling “mayday” and asking the control tower to direct it to the runway.

Main cause of the crash is yet to be ascertained by Brazilian investigators. Only six of the 77 people on board survived the crash.
