OFFICIAL: All Serie A matches suspended until April 3

All sports activities in Italy has been suspended until a least 3 April due convid 19, the country prime minister has announced.


The decision comes after another significant increase in convid-19 cases, as there are now about 8000 positve tests in country.

The death toll with another 97 deaths taking the total to 463.

Raheem Sterling and Callum Hudson-Odoi condemned the "unacceptable" racist abuse of England players during their 5-1 win over Montenegro in Podgorica.
Racist chanting was directed at several England players, including Danny Rose, during the Euro 2020 qualifier.
England manager Gareth Southgate said he "heard the abuse of Rose" and the incidents will be reported to Uefa.

Chelsea handed transfer ban for two windows by FIFA


Chelsea have been hit with a transfer ban for the next two windows after the club were found to be in breach of transfer regulations “relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18”.

Chelsea were found to have breached article 19 of the regulations in the case of 29 minor players and to have committed several other infringements relating to registration requirements for players, FIFA said.




The ban means Chelsea will be unable to sign players until the 2020 summer window but the London club are have announced their intention to appeal the ban.
